How fast can you turn around a report?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of order. Rush delivery (24 hours) is included in the Premium package, or available for an extra $50 on Basic and Standard.
What if I'm looking at a private-party sale, not a dealer?
Even better. Private-party RV sales have less consumer protection, more variance in condition, and bigger negotiation room. Our reports often save buyers thousands on private deals.
Do you physically inspect the RV?
No. We are not licensed RV inspectors. Our report is a research and analysis service. For purchases over $50,000 we strongly recommend a paid in-person inspection by a certified RV technician in addition to our report. We can help you find one in your area.
Can you cover trucks, classic cars, or unusual real estate?
We focus on RVs right now — motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers. We're planning to add classic vehicles and unusual real estate later. If you have an unusual request, contact us anyway.
What if the report tells me to walk away from a unit I love?
It happens. Our job is to give you the information, not the decision. You can absolutely buy a unit we recommended against. We'd rather you do that with eyes open than wish you'd known.
Do you offer refunds?
If we fail to deliver your report on time, full refund. If you receive the report and aren't satisfied with its depth, contact us and we'll work to make it right — including a partial refund if we genuinely missed the mark.
